Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in:
Eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in:
50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The remaining amount (if paid) will be refunded.
• No-Show Policy:
If the guest does not arrive and does not inform us, no refund will be issued.
The booking will be considered cancelled automatically after 8 hours of check-in time without intimation.

2.⁠ ⁠Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.

• Transaction charges (if any) by banks/payment gateways are non-refundable.

3.⁠ ⁠Early Departure Policy

• If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled departure date, no refunds will be provided for the unused nights.

4.⁠ ⁠Changes or Amendments

• Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.

• Rate differences (if any) applicable at the time of the new booking dates must be paid.

5.⁠ ⁠Special Circumstances

• In case of natural calamities, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, Hotel Giridurg reserves the right to issue a credit voucher for future stays instead of a refund.
