Eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
• Bookings are subject to room availability.
• A confirmation message will be sent once the booking is confirmed.
2. Payment Policy
• Payment details and advance requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be completed at check-in unless otherwise specified.
• Online payment gateways, cash, and UPI transfers are accepted.
• Any promotional offers or discounts are valid only for a limited time and subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund of any advance paid.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may incur a cancellation charge.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
4. Check-in and Check-out Timings
• Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and respect the property and other guests.
• Abide by safety and fire regulations on the premises.
• Be responsible for any damages caused to the property during the stay.
